The conditions of the discount code from our 3D tour, and how to send us a complaint.
1. Discount code from the 3D tour
- The code gives 2 % off the list price of the LM 26 house in the variant you choose (semi-furnished or fully furnished). It does not apply to extras, transport, installation or other services.
- It is valid for the first 10 orders placed with the code, and until 31 March 2027 at the latest. An order counts when the contract is signed. Your written quote tells you whether a place is still free.
- One code per buyer. It applies to one house per order; if you order several houses, the others are priced individually in your quote.
- It cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or volume prices, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Enter the code in your quote request. The discount is shown in the written quote; the quote and the contract are binding.
- The discount is calculated from the current list price: €32,000 incl. VAT (€25,600 + VAT) semi-furnished and €38,000 incl. VAT (€30,400 + VAT) fully furnished. This is also the lowest price of the last 30 days.
- It applies to private and business buyers. The seller is Limometal Europe d.o.o. for delivery in the EU and Limometal d.o.o. for delivery outside the EU.
- We may withdraw the code for new requests at any time. Quotes already issued with the code keep the discount for as long as they are valid.
2. Complaints
You can send a written complaint by e-mail to sales[at]limometal.hr or by post to Limometal Europe d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia.
We confirm receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receiving your complaint.
Your statutory rights, including the legal warranty for defects, are not affected.
